Please read these Terms of Services carefully before using the Nimind platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account or otherwise using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Services and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Nimind provides an AI-powered platform for deploying autonomous agents and automating intelligent workflows. Our services include agent orchestration, isolated code execution environments, API access, and developer tooling. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account and keep your information accurate and up to date.
You agree not to use our services to violate any applicable laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights, transmit malware or spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use our platform for any purpose that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you fail to pay fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
The Nimind platform, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Nimind, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for your internal business purposes. You retain all ownership rights to content you create.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
